Solo Practice, acquired from a retiring dentist. We focus on prevention and definitive care.
What's the most-often asked question from your patients?
How long have you been on the radio? We advertise on a local christian radio station here in Columbus.

What is the most interesting thing that has happened or you’ve done as a dental professional?
I treated a teenager who had multiple cavities and poor oral health and watched him transform into a healthy patient. Incredible result!
Why did you choose dentistry as a profession?
My childhood dentist influenced me by his behavior as a Christian man and as a great dentist. I made the decision to be a dentist at age 7.
What's the most difficult challenge you've faced in your practice?
Wisely integrating technology and keeping staff motivated to continue to learn.
Name one unique thing on a wall in your clinic or displayed in your waiting room.
We have a mural of my family which includes pictures of various activities. Our patients enjoy seeing the updated pictures and the fact their dentist is just a normal person.
What would you be doing if you weren’t a dentist?
I would be in dental consulting/management or accounting. I enjoy the business aspect of the practice.
Name/describe your favorite CE course taken in the past two years.
CEREC has been a wonderful addition to our practice. Also endosequence from Brasseler.
What is the most daring thing you’ve done in your lifetime?
Sing in front of a group of 500.
What is your favorite book or movie?
Every Man's Marriage. Changed my life.
Where is your favorite vacation spot or activity?
Naples, FL, and Hilton Head Island, SC.
Any final thoughts or words of advice?
Always be a student of Dentistry. Remain humble. Speak the truth. Be yourself.
