ADA Member Chicago Hotel Program

Welcome to the ADA Member Chicago Hotel Program offering special discounted rates in downtown Chicago to ADA members for business or pleasure. This member benefit can also be extended to family, friends and staff. Please keep the following points in mind:

  • A limit of 3 room reservations are allowed over the same dates.
  • An ADA member number and credit card must be provided to secure the booking.
  • The credit card provided is for guarantee purposes only and will not be charged unless the reservation is not cancelled.
  • Reservations will be confirmed by the hotel within 2–3 days after submission.
  • If attending an ADA-sponsored meeting, please contact the ADA staff member organizing the meeting to determine if a special block has been arranged.

How to Make Reservations:

Step 1: Search Availability and Select Hotel
Enter in the arrival date and the departure date. Hotel options will be provided based on availability over preferred dates. Please select the property of your choice.

Step 2: Room Type Selection
Select the room type and number of rooms required. Limit of 3 rooms per reservation.

Step 3: Reservation Information and Credit Card
Enter reservation and credit card information. All hotel reservations require a credit card guarantee to confirm. The credit card will not be charged unless the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Step 4: Reservation Information Review
Review reservation information to confirm accuracy. This information will be submitted to the hotel to confirm booking. An e-mail address where the hotel confirmation should be sent to is required.

Step 5: Reservation Complete
Once the reservation is submitted, individuals will receive an e-mail acknowledgment from the ADA. This is not an official confirmation. The hotel will send an official confirmation directly to the email address provided within 2-3 business days of booking. Be sure to print out the official hotel confirmation and have it available when checking in to the hotel.

Once reservation is confirmed, any changes or cancellations should be made directly through the hotel.
