The Board of Trustees is the managing body of the Association, vested with the power to conduct all business of the Association, subject to Illinois law, the Association’s governing documents and the mandates of the House of Delegates.

ADA Councils and Committees

There are 11 councils of the Association. Most councils are composed of one member from each of the 17 trustee districts of the Association. There are two commissions of the Association: the Commission on Dental Accreditation and the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations.
